Who pays for return shipping?
  • If the return is due to an error or damaged item, return shipping costs are covered by the store.
  • For other approved returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests must be made before processing begins by contacting info@zaladecor.com. Once processing has started, cancellations are no longer possible, and the order must follow the Return and Refund Policy.

What conditions must items meet to be returned?

Items will be returned if they meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the original condition received.
  • Returned with all original parts and packaging.
  • No signs of use or washing.

How will I receive my tracking information after placing an order?
  • All orders include access to tracking details.
  • A dispatch confirmation email is sent once the order is shipped.
  • You will then receive a separate shipping update email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
What is the time limit for submitting a return or exchange request?

Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
